I hope you're using the flat rate box's. That saves money over the more traditional method of packing it in a brown box and putting an address on it. My wife will purchase several flat rate boxes at the Post Office, along with the 'official' packing tape and store them at the house until needed.
Ditto to that...Priority Mail Flat Rate Box is the only way to go if you can fit what you need to into it (they come in a couple of different sizes and configurations. Ship, I believe, up to 70 lbs at the Flat rate of about $9.00 +/-!
