Hey Ken ! Yeah, I've been away too long. Works been a real ballbuster, and I recently kooked up with a neighbor who does personal training on the side, and he's been PT'ing me to death ! Just celebrated my 10th wedding anniversary the 5th, and I'm taking my wife to Hawaii in September, so I gotta look good LOL ! Lately, I come home, eat dinner, and crash.
