 I recently traded my 300m Citizen diver for an atomic/solar G shock.  We were both happy in the end.

But I agree...harder to find trades these days.  Many seem to just sell what they have to buy from someone else.

A lot of times, I just ask for a trade first.  Sometimes I get lucky.
