Can anyone share their insight on the best way to do this?  My bracelet has a brushed finish and my concern is that I'm going to polish the clasp to a mirror finish before I buff out this scratch.  Is there a polishing compound that is coarse enough to prevent this?  Or would it be better to just worry about the scratch first and then go back and brush the finish again?

Thanks

Glock, Is the scratch deep?? If its not a gouge the demel might be overkill. I would try a green Scotchbright pad then a finer sanding sponge. Should be enough to do the job.
