I have been collecting Gevril since I first saw them on Tim's show on Value Vision when they became available on the secondary market.  For me the selling point of Gevril was the obvious quality in the design and construction but, this one leaves me cold.

While it's interesting, there is little that screams quality like the rest of the line. When I wear a Gevril (almost every day), people will comment on the dial, this one doesn't have one so for me it looks bland and plain.

The two Gevril watches that get the most notice are my first generation (real, not re-issue) 18K & SS AO111 on 18K & SS with the blue Dial and my GV2 San Bernadino Masterpiece on SS with the white dial on bracelet.  I just bought a unworn in box first generation chronograph with the 51 jewel Dubois-Depaz 2020 movement all SS with a blue dial and expect that one to get noticed too. I should have it in a couple of days and I can't wait. smile8.gif
