 Thank you to everyone for your inputs, I ended up going to a local Rolex/Panerai Dealer and doing a side-by-side comparison ...and the Panerai was just an easier read for my old eyes(Forty Something).  The Rolex was just to small on my wrist, the dial was harder to read and with the GMT function, made it even more difficult.

 

The Panerai was just a better feel on the wrist and an easier read, plus the watch is just so damn sexy!

 

I got a call from Dallas today saying they received my trade in and are awaiting my decision....

 

My decision is........
