Completely agree with the "always communicate" idea - delays happen from time to time, and I always appreciate it if I get an honest answer, and not the run around. Mitch has always replied to my emails within the same day, and thats good enough for me. Oh and about the warranty, yeah it should be transferrable. Only excuse I can think of why it isn't is for them to avoid repairing watches. I'm not holding my breath for the LM-7 after my deposit has been held for a year now. Oh well, what can one do? It will show up at some point and I'm sure it will be a nice watch. Paxman wrote: Upstanding guy? Well if you discount a complete lack of communication to his customers.
