Like most of you, I try to pick a watch that goes with what I'm wearing. Casual outfits attract big sport watches, etc. My go-to sports watch is probably a Rolex Sub. More dressy outfits get a thinner and more elegant look. A vintage Omega Constellation on a black strap, for example. On the weekends, cottaging, etc - it's usually good to go with something rugged and durable... often an auto Invicta dive watch, or an auto swatch ... sometimes a quartz diver or chronograph (Chase-Durer or an ESQ)... I have also been known to strap on a digital Nike or even a G-Shock. Other than that, I try to have my watches make a statement. When you want your wrist to stand-out, you go with something big, colourful or even showy. When you want to blend in, you strap on something more understated. Great question toni!
