The Winner is Paxman!!
Paxman "The Winner" in the Spirit of Charity has decided to Donate the "Grand Prize" to KenC "Not The Winner".
KenC will be receiving the "Grand Prize" after he pays all Taxes associated with winning Grand Prizes in the State he resides in.
