When someone goes out of their way to make a
difference for someone else,that is what's important.
It's not about money,not about pride but rather good
honest customer service.

If the owner of the store didn't do what he did yesterday,he's reputation might as well be "It's not my watch,so why should I care?" attitude. I might as well picked up my watch and left.

However,since there was another Rolex Dealer from across
the street. He wanted to stand out from the rest of the crowd.
