They did a great job on it and even polished the case and bracelet. Looks better than it did new.

Withing the last year I had my Rolex sent to the Dallas, TX facility to be repaired. I had ruined it years ago by not having the crown screwed down fully and wearing it in a hot tub. Needless to say, everything was replaced except case and bracelet. Movement, crystal (I had chipped it way before the hot tub incident) dial, hands, seals and crown. Drained my wallet of close to a grand. Its a SS Oyster Perpetual Datejust They did a great job on it and even polished the case and bracelet. Looks better than it did new.
