Oops - that would be "impressions" - sorry!

Hi y'all

It was probably just me, but I noticed a heck of a lot of Ventura Time by Design watches for sale on the bay recently. V-Matics, chronos, Sparxx, COSC chronometers - there was a bit of a glut of them, but it did not seem to affect prices that much:shock: and almost all have gone now after being sold as old stock from the odd vendor who is trying to get max dollars and get rid of the diminishing stock line..

I know there are a few VTbD owners here - what are your thoughts on ownership please?

My present favourites, and the ones on which I would like some feedback if alright with you guys/girls- are the funky auto-LCD models, the nicest of which IMHO is this one (not my pic - photographer unknown):

But prices are getting waaaaay up there depending on when you see it, where it is listed and who is selling...

What is a decent one worth if it is near-NOS? What are they like to own and service? Do they wear big or are they too small for today's tastes?

Your kind opinions would be appreciated. Not looking to buy one today - just having a serious think about one...  would y'all recommend them?

Cheers - IanM
