This has been a great and inspirational story Simon. It may or may not be appropriate but could I get the name of the store? My family and friends are all in Vancouver and I would happily recommend them based on your experience. The seem like genuine quality people running that store. For starters I know my brothers Rolex requires service and have been looking for a reputable place to recommend to him.
Congrats again on everything working out so well for you. It's always nice to hear that someone can get there things back from a B&E.
