The Diastar is extremely well built, the watch case is made from
Tungsten Carbide and is scratch-resistant,it was the first watch
to use sapphire crystal and the original made it's debut in 1962.

Here are the specifications: Gents 38.6 x 46.2mm
                                            100 meters Water Resistant
                                             ETA 2836-2 / ETA 2836-2 COSC
                                             25 Jewel Automatic
                                             28,800 bhp (beat per hour)
                                             40 hour Power Reserve

The only part of this watch that is not made from tungsten carbide
is the bracelet. It is made from 316 L Stainless Steel.

There is however a Rado Diastar Automatic Chronograph with ETA 7750 COSC
Automatic Movement.
