 Since I do this on a regular basis for work, I checked on the status of the Kenzo Trademark via USPTO. Unfortunately, my findings are that Kenzo Takada, in concert with Jungle Jap, Paris France, possess a live US Trademark under "Class 14", which covers clocks, watches, and all associated parts thereof. They have a documented "first date of use" dated at November 1973.
