hehe....I like the Panari, but not enough to spend those bucks on one...so I got the the Marine Diver (Asian case/ETA2824-2). I loved the Rolex GMT Master II with proprietary movement...and I liked it well enough to spend the bucks for it. I had an 18k Rolex Day/Date Presidential (I since gave it to my son-in-law)...I did not like it that much (very gaudy), but, it was worth the money because when I was in high-end communications sales, it was an entry ticket to the decision maker's office (yes, South Florida...how did you guess)...it sort of went with the Mercedes. The price paid was worth the investment in additional income!Hey...it's kind of a crap shoot. These days, I like the VIXA, ORSA, ORIS, Blanchett lines and the under $1,000 watches. For the most part, the quality is equal to the mid-high end...and they are a lot more fun! ........and there you have it...my 2 cents...cat28.gif
