 Excuse my confusion, but are the screws stripped, or is the hole stripped?

Replacement screws are available directly from Citizen.

If the holes are stripped, and you think the hole is longer than the screw, you may be able to find a slightly longer screw at a local hardware store, but triple-check the thread (pitch, count, etc).
