After more than a month, glad it finally completed! Before I continue, I wanted to thank Mr. Tourby for his advice, Mr. Sam for helping me to solve some of my problems.
It all began when I won 2 soprod finished handwind movement from ebay!
-    1 nickel plated bridges finished with cote de geneva and blue screw ETA 6498
-    1 PVD plated, swan neck regulator, glasshutte swirl on barrel… ETA 6497
I always like black stuff so I decided to build 2 big PVD watch!

After some research from net, found its not hard to get watch case for 6497 movement, finally decided together with my friend to go for a watch like these
-    44mm pvd luminor case (daestro for him)
-    Water resistant 100m
-    See through caseback
-    Dome Sapphire crystal
-    Sandwich dial with rc tritec C3
-    Black hour and minute hand also with C3, no small second!
-    Pvd pre v buckle
-    24mm lug and strap size
After about a month of waiting, finally

After few hours joy, I found the sandwich dial is too thick, can fit my hour hand, sandwich dial mounting leg also not fit my movement, I don’t have movement mounting screws and plate…
Another round of research and tourby advice, I knew I need to find a taller 3.15mm cannon pinion and hour wheel… impatient to wait, my friend found me the parts from rxxxmont at panerai price!

complete afterall

After that I sent it to my friend, a watchmaker to
-    Cut the small second
-    Cut the dial mounting leg and just glue on it
-    Fix te crown
-    Assemble
-    Mount the movement
-    Adjust for accuracy
-    Add gasket and washer for water resistant, test with 5 bar pressure at least !
3 days later

Its black in the heart as well, sad that I cant find a pvd see through caseback ring…

It is a dark beast, the darker the better it look right?

Nothing perfect, the dome sapphire crystal ar coating blueish… always reflecting blue as well

Now still waiting for my friend to send me the strap he make for this beast!
