 Physical Vapor Desposition is a process
that involves high temperature vacuum
evaporation or plasma sputter bombardment
rather than involving chemical reaction.

Mini e-beam evaporators can deposit
monolayers of virtually all materials with a
melting point of 3500 Celsius.

In laymen terms,PVD is much more
durable than electro-plating.
