Oscar is correct. Seiko and Orient automatic watches (most of them) are best put in a winder if you don't wear them every day. Just because you wear it all day doesn't guarantee the watch will be running the next morning if you leave it on the dresser all night. Like I said above, you need to move the watch back and forth several times (50 to a 100 minimum) to get a "wind" in the watch if it has run down completely. I recently bought an Orient with a Power Reserve and I was surprised how many times I needed to move the watch back and forth to get it to a full wind. It was A LOT!!!
