Scott, Here is a good, CHEAP winder you can use to help keep Seiko and Orient type automatic watches wound. It's plastic and inexpensive, but based on recommendations I bought several of these over a year ago and they run everyday. No problems. They are self-programmed. Just plug-in and they run for a bit and shut off, then repeat, etc. One of these should keep the old Seiko humming.
