So, when I email Kent Parks I know he will eventually get back to me. It just may be 4-5 days later.:)

I don't know about Bill Yao, but my experience with Kent Parks, and another well-known watch dial re-lumner (name escapes me at the moment) is that they will get back to you when they can. They are usually quite busy. Some have a second job and they get to their emails maybe once or twice a week. So, when I email Kent Parks I know he will eventually get back to me. It just may be 4-5 days later.:)
