It has an mechanical Poljot 3105 movement, it's 45 mm (that's extremely large, the dial itself has a diameter of 40mm!). The only thing that doesn't meet your criteria is the strap size, it's 22 mm, not  24 or 26.




You could also get a used Glycine KMU48 (48mm without crown!):




or a used Glycine Incursore Automatic (46mm without crown):



Zeno Watch Basel has also many cool oversized models. But again, for $300 you could only get a used one.
