What an awesome experience! I have to say it's refreshing to find out that there are companies out there that realize that CS is very important in this day and age. The fact is, we as consumers have many choices of where to purchase our good, frankly more sources than any other time in history! The only difference between vendors is price, which is rarely much different from many other choices, and CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the one area that a vendor can shine in, and do so very cheaply. I firmly believe that this is a top-down attitude, and it's great to hear that someone out there has embraced this philosophy. Great story, thank you for sharing. I hope someone from S**pNBC has an opportunity to read this, and will take heed. David
