If that doesn't work, most likely the set screw has backed out too far and you will need to disassemble and reassemble the keyless works:

You need to tighten the set screw down all the way for the watch to function properly: If that doesn't work, most likely the set screw has backed out too far and you will need to disassemble and reassemble the keyless works:
