I just had a positive experience, I bought a Wii from a seller with 100% positive feedback. She never shipped it, although she gave me a song and dance about a tracking # being in her husbands truck. Finally I filed a complaint via PayPal, and after she had not responded to them in 10 days, I got my refund. Sucks, because now I have to track down a Wii locally, but at least I got every penny back! I've used their guarantee in the past too, where someone sold me a used camera but never stated it was used. I disputed, Paypal agreed w/ me, and I got my refund.
