Oris is a design studio & assemblers as of the past few years.
I am probably wrong about Oris but I am not about Omega.

Omega as of the past couple of years has used ETA top shelf movements, and they modify them. A decision was made 3 years ago to move Omega to a higher market position. Oris is a design studio & assemblers as of the past few years. I am probably wrong about Oris but I am not about Omega.
