 Where are the Arabic numbers that are mentioned?  Hate the 3 different shaped function areas.  Hate the white lume dots.  Hate all the writing at the 3 o'clock position.  Loathe the bracelet.  Other than that, plus what you've already mentioned, I can honestly say it's a $800 rip-off ugly watch--IMHO, of course.
