 E.L. took the cash and bought P.P. and Scoifman 1 1/2 to two years ago.  They do not opperate them on a day to day, but they did take the Intel. Prop. from both.  The sapphire gost in invicta is a S.C. milled out and sapph encased 2824 with tweeks, but editing demensions and angles on CAD takes seconds if you are good enough.  Look at the Slop web site. Look at who warrantys all of them.
