 My wife wants me to fix this.  It was her dads.  Its a Gallet mech chrono.  It works but cant set the time, crown is frozen.  Can be wound, cant set the time.  It says Gallet & co. Swiss, 17 jewels   40-68  and JXR on the movement.  What do you think? is a decent watch?  Will more than likely fix due to sentimental value.
