I agree with Oscar. I would check with Jack at IWW(Industrial Watch Works). I've seen before/after pictures of some of his restorations and the work was Excellent. I'm sure there are others out there that can do it, but I don't know who they are. Maybe some others know of someone else, but I don't. http://www.industrialwatchworks.com/
