At the moment every dial color is still available also different case finishes, but PVD are not many left.
The pre order price is $399 for brushed and blasted and $449 for PVD case. +plus $50 for shipping to USA this time I will use UPS or Fedex ( probably UPS) because they are both faster and have a better tracking than DHL.
