Okay, I have to make a slight retraction.  I used to own the orange dialed version of this watch and the movement in it suffered from a few issues.  The second hand would stutter while running and would jump ahead 5-7 seconds when the crown was pushed in after setting. 

WEEELLLL... I just bought another Oceanaire and am happy to report that the movement in this one seems to be working flawlessly.  The sweep of the second hand is smooth and it hacks like it should.  I'm very happy because I think the Oceanaire is a beautiful, unique watch and a relative bargain at the prices you can pick them up for! :)
