 That is a Dixmont-Guangzhou (DG) movement.  I'm not sure which variant has the sub-seconds at 9 o'clock, but it does have the DG circle crown logo under the balance wheel.

Nanning (NN) makes almost identical movements to DG and their logo is two N's

I have a DG movement in my modern Timex automatic watch.
