My wife actually went to PB this afternoon...didn't think to tell her there was a problem....it did hit her machine but I have her trained well enough not to install anything that has a .exe extension unless you asked for it, just closed the browser and everything was fine. Ran System Mechanic anyway, found nothing wrong.
