Its' counterclockwise to speed it up and clockwise to slow it down. The arrows point to the +10 -10 seconds per day mark.
It appears that it is already set either a little fast or a lot slow!
Ahhhh! Now I see. It all makes sense now. It is waay slow. Thanks!
