 Pretty sure there is a difference between a Topps Collectors George Brett rookie card and a Nolan Ryan.  Apples and oranges. The Barracuda is like no other watch by Benarus.

Just my take. 

You got a nice watch. Quality, unique and for a great price. What was compromised with a different model coming out? 

As for the website...  You expect a company to not be represented with one? How is the value of your watch going to hold up if no one outside a web forum knows what it is? Called being reputable. Not sure why you are more worried about a couple dollars over the craftsmanship and product you have in your possession.
