 Decided to start flipping all my watches under 42mm, just never wear them so I'll let someone else enjoy them.

This is the Bernhardt Binnacle, 39mm, ETA 2824 Top hacking movement with the nice tan dial. 

Comes with all boxes, papers and links. 

This watch is 95% to 98%, wore it less than 5 times.
