When a pixel goes out on a plasma, it's black and can hardly be seen.

The reason I chose plasma over LCD is that both units can have pixels go out and the warrenty has stipulations such as..how many are out? and where are they located on the screen? left? right? center? etc. The difference is when a pixel goes out on a LCD it's like green or red laser beam, very distracting and IMO a single pixel out will destroy the whole viewing experience. When a pixel goes out on a plasma, it's black and can hardly be seen.
