So, what about the folks who live hot climates? Are we supposed to keep our watches in a cooler during the summer? cool10.gif And a watch sitting on the deck of a boat in the sun where surface temps can exceed 115F and then plunged into abyss of 65F water is a shock as well but my other water resistant watches have taken that abuse, like they are designed to. It was only the Rolex that failed. I don't make it a habit of wearing a watch in a hot tub but water that is only in some cases 20 degrees warmer than Ocean water shouldn't have adverse effects, at least not at a price point of a product that is supposed to be one of the best. Thats my opinion. hand6.gif
