2 o'clock I like as well. The Serket and some Vostoks have this and I think they look quite unique.

4 o'clock for me. For some watches, the 3 o'clock crown digs into my wrist. As for having the crown on the right or left side, I cannot think of a time when I have set my watch while on my wrist so no real preference there. 2 o'clock I like as well.
