As far as the graphic goes, I think the original one as a skeleton is best.

I personally like the darker green color the best. I am not sure of the eel graphic replacing the number 12. I think I like the standard number 4 dial arrangement, but either add the logo at the lower left corner, or replace the 500m with the logo. As far as the graphic goes, I think the original one as a skeleton is best.
