I will to tell you the truth I will fill it and weight it and check the weight over time.

First impressions I would upgrade the O-ring to a larger gauge maybe.  I will have to see if the design would suffer a failure, if in a stressed state, you over torqued it and diced the ring.  I may be seeing a potential problem where there is not one.

I will keep you up dated on the progress.
