 The Soraway diver is $3750 because it has a pedigree and comes with upgraded packaging and stainless bracelet.

The Arctic Diver that is $5650 shares no parts in common with the Swiss one other than the upper case and case back.  It too comes with a lot of goodies.  The movement modifications of the "American" Arctic diver take a lot of time and are done my hand for the most part.
