I would say that is a true Bulova minute repeater for sure.

I think the jeweler just wasn't familiar with that model. Pretty hard to fake a minute repeater. Bulova used the Citizen movement that Citizen put in their Campagnola line. I would say that is a true Bulova minute repeater for sure.
