Thanks guys.  I know Hank Hill would disagree (taste the meat, not the heat) but, I think food tastes better cooked over charcoal AS LONG AS you dont use starting fluid to get the charcoal lit. 

Turkeys, I deep fry them.  Its so much faster and the meat is sooo juicy.  Everyone looks forward my my fried turkey at Thanksgiving. 

I have never had beer can chicken.  Will have to find a recipie for that one.
