Another NOS chrono arrived today.  "Top Timer Splendour Sport"

Since I can't resist interesting chrono's, I jumped at this.  It certainly is not a top end watch, but interesting nonetheless.  Swiss made, 1(one!) jewel.  The subdials are puzzling.  The one on the left is marked to 14, and indicates minutes. Does not reset at all, but runs continuously together with the lower subdial, which indicates seconds.  The single pusher controls the large second hand on the watch, effectively reducing it to a one minute chrono.  The dial on the right is just a dummy!

The case is base metal and the back is friction fit.  Due to the large cavities on the side where the crown stem and pusher go through, it is obviously not even splashproof - therefore marked "dustproof"!

The movement is very unusual and unlike anything I've seen. Only marking is "Swiss watch ZZ". Can't find anything in my books that resembles this at all.

It keeps excellent time and the chrono functions well.

Anybody seen this before?

And a pic of the movement:
