Just picked this up yesterday as an impulse buy.  At approx USD130, you really can't go wrong.

This watch has:
  • 5-motor multi-function
  • 1/20-sec. stopwatch
  • World time
  • Perpetual calendar
  • Alarm
  • Stainless-steel case
  • Solid stainless-steel band with solid endpieces
  • 10-bar water resistance
It's also got pretty much everything you'd want a watch to do.  Alarm, world time, DST, chrono (of course) and a nifty system of adjusting time using the pushpieces.  Everything is electronic of course, and it's a bit like the higher-end Oceanus series.

Fit and Finish
Here's where I am the most impressed.
The watch has a solid weight to it, with a good bracelet mild rattle but feels solid and has little free play).
The dial is the bit which really takes the cake.  A hobnail pattern, set off by recessed counters and applied baton markers and a dual-incline chapter ring.
All these combine to give the watch dial a real sense of depth and legibility.

It takes awhile to get used to the functions and navigation, but once you're thru, you can set it and forget about it until you have to replace the battery of course.

Overall, a great buy and a great everyday watch.

Some pics I took this morning.
