 I've recently become enamored with the Seastar 1000. Did a search here and didn't find much. It's been discontinued but a new model may be coming out this year (?).

What are everyone's thoughts on the quality?

Considering the specs, (ETA, sapphire, 300M) it seems like a pretty solid deal for around $300 - $400 used.

I did find some negative opinions on other forums, mostly for loose bezels and crown thread stripping. Any advice would be appreciated.
