Cool Tip
Plumbers tape is most commonly known as Metal Strapping with holes in itWe use it to Strap down gas lines, etc....
I was a little worried there, until I thought about it.
Teflon Tape is the commonly known Thread Tape that we use, so now I see your Point hand6.gifyourock.gif

Bingo, Huck! That's it: TEFLON TAPE. After using it to mask the lugs and other sensitive parts of the watch, it can easily be removed and the watch has lesser to zero scratches.
Hammerfjord, I won't call on you to ever "cut and weld" my watch, ok?
